MONDAY

I started off the week with a bit of an elevated casual look with my gray sweatshirt and barrel jeans. When styling a sweatshirt, I used to always reach for a pair of sneakers or my high top Converse, but in an effort to make the overall look more intentional, I went with my animal print ballet flats. I still plan to wear this sweatshirt with sneakers, don’t worry (proof in Sunday’s look!) but, sometimes, it’s nice to change it up. The rest of the look includes a black tee layered underneath, my oversized green trench, and the aforementioned python print flats. It worked for a chilly and cloudy Monday!
TUESDAY

This was my favorite look of the week. These silk pants have been a really nice addition to my wardrobe. They are comfy yet chic and easy to dress up or down. I’ll be sharing more outfits with these later this week - stay tuned! I’m also wearing my white long sleeve tee from Leset which I’m very glad I purchased. We still aren’t having short sleeve weather yet here in Seattle, but I love the ease and simplicity of a white tee.
WEDNESDAY

Another look that felt very me! This outfit also makes use of this gray cotton sweater to add texture and dimension. It might just be my most worn top this spring! I layered it over this brown linen button down from J.Crew (sold out but similar linked) with my light wash relaxed fit jeans and my new brown suede loafers from Reformation. These loafers just recently arrived in the mail, and I’m VERY happy with them. Comfy yet chic (totally unpractical for rainy Seattle, but we’ve had many rain free days lately!)
THURSDAY

This was an easy look for mid-week. The polo shirt definitely gives a more polished vibe, but the chunky belt and mesh flats add a little edge. I’m also wearing my baggy (basically wide-leg) jeans from Everlane, a slouchy black bag from Quince and some chunky silver hoops from Sela Designs.
FRIDAY

Here is my first real life look with my new white cotton poplin skirt. I LOVED this one. Check out this recent post for more styling ideas. Some variation of this outfit with a tee and flats is how I’ll most likely be styling this for my everyday casual life. I also really love this color combination of black, white, and chocolate brown. (It was super comfortable, too.)
SATURDAY

Saturday morning we lounged at home in our pajamas and did a few things around the house. Later in the afternoon, we got ready and went to the movies! If you have kids and haven’t seen The Minecraft Movie yet, I highly recommend it. No one in our family has played the game before, but the movie was so well done and we all enjoyed it. Later in the evening, we ate dinner on the patio and had a little fire pit action. A nice little Saturday!
SUNDAY

This look was super casual and probably my least favorite of the bunch, but sometimes, you just need an easy, no fuss look. I wore this to a kid’s birthday party and soccer game afterward. I put my wallet and phone in my pockets and went accessoryless for the day. It was functional!

We have a ton going on right now in the Rohr house, hence why it’s been a little quite here and on Instagram. I’ll share more details soon, but it’s all very exciting!
All the best, Ashley
