The Stitch List: Everything I've Been Loving Lately 5.1.25
The latest on the blog, a few new skincare products I've added to my lineup, and my Reformation order
Welcome to another edition of The Stitch List, my totally random list of things I’ve eaten, watched, worn, applied, or read lately.
THE LATEST ON THE BLOG

Below you’ll find all the content that went live on the blog in the past few weeks. Buckle up, there’s a lot to sort through!
Spring Looks With Mint Velvet: I partnered with a new-to-me brand based out of the U.K. to share some chic spring looks.
NYC Spring Packing List: Here’s a list of what I would pack for a very hypothetical trip to NYC this spring.
How To Style A Leather Jacket: Seven ways I’m planning to style my new leather jacket from work to weekend.
Parisian Street Style Spring Outfits: Taking some Parisian street style images I’ve saved and recreating them with some shoppable links.
Five Pieces Styled Eight Ways With Quince: I partnered with Quince this month to create a little mini capsule of sorts with some spring and summer pieces.
Early Spring Capsule Wardrobe: My seasonal collection of items I’ll be wearing for early spring.
Spring In Levi’s: Two new short styles I’ll be wearing this spring plus a couple dresses from the iconic brand.
Four Spring Uniforms I’m Wearing On Repeat: I partnered with Everlane to share four spring to summer uniforms I’m leaning on.
How To Style A White Cotton Skirt: I took the skirt from my Everlane post and styled six ways using pieces from my closet.
WHAT I’M WATCHING
To be honest, we’ve tried and failed with several shows over the last few weeks. What are you watching?! Leave your recs in the comments! Nothing too intense or serious, please. The hour after my kid’s go to bed is my escape from reality time.
I do have one recommendation for you. Love on the Spectrum recently released a new season, and it’s just the most heartwarming show. A great watch!
WHAT I’M READING

Before I get into what I’m reading lately, I wanted to gush about my Kindle which I received for Christmas last year. I used to think I was a physical book person only, but you absolutely cannot beat the convenience of a Kindle. I can tuck it into my bag if I have an appointment for reading on the go, and the battery lasts FOREVER. I usually use the Libby app to get books from my library and send them to my Kindle to read, but sometimes, if I want to read a recent release, I’ll purchase them as well. It’s honestly been a game changer when it comes to reading, and it means I don’t acquire a bunch of books that take up space in my home.
As far as what I’ve been reading lately…another try and fail here! Danny recommended Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind so I downloaded it from the library. I really made a valiant effort to read it (I got more than halfway through and that’s saying something considering it is a THICK book!), but I just couldn’t finish it. It was interesting but not interesting enough to keep me awake before bed. Lol.
I did move on to Pineapple Street by Jenny Jackson, and I’m about halfway through. It’s entertaining so far, but I’ll keep you posted on my final thoughts.
NEW PRODUCTS FROM VERSED
The team at Versed sent over some products from their recently revamped skincare line, and I was really impressed with these two products. Founded by the same person as Merit Beauty, Versed is their more affordable sister brand in my eyes. I was really impressed by their Cleansing Balm which rivals much more expensive ones on the market, and their Brightening Serum which gives the skin a little glow (and comes in at $18.)
MY REFORMATION ORDER

I ordered a couple new things from Reformation that were on my Spring Wishlist, and they were huge successes. First up, the Kat Soft Loafer. I added these to my spring wishlist because I’ve been loving all things chocolate brown + suede and wanted a polished shoe option that wasn’t a ballet flat (I have those more than covered in my wardrobe.) These loafers are super comfortable right out of the box and really nice quality. I plan to wear them with jeans, pants, skirts, and even shorts when the weather warms up. Second, the Olina Silk Pant. I’ve talked about this many times, but I’ve been attempting to expand my horizons when it comes to bottoms. I’ll always love my denim, but I was getting a little bored with it. Happy to add another nondenim option to my lineup. These silk pants have an easy drawstring waist and the perfect drape. They also come in petite sizing so I didn’t have to have them hemmed. Yay!
MY SLEEP SUPPLEMENT
I’m not one to be pushing supplements on you here (see a medical professional for that, not an influencer), but I wanted to share this sleep supplement I’ve been taking for the last eight months that has really helped with my sleep struggles. This product, Remade Nightly Restorative Sleep Blend, contains a few different ingredients like magnesium, theanine, and ashwagandha to help you fall asleep and promote deep sleep. I mix it into some warm water about an hour before bed like a tea. I really struggled with insomnia and poor sleep over the last year due to my health issues, and this, along with general sleep hygiene, has helped tremendously. I’m not associated with the company, and I pay for this myself, FYI.
Tower 28
NEW TO THE SKINCARE LINEUP
As I’ve hit my 40s, I’ve noticed my skin has become so much more sensitive and prone to redness (damn you, hormones.) I’ve started adding this facial spray to my skincare routine once in the mornings after cleansing, and it feels so hydrating and refreshing and tames my red patches.
RECENT SUBSTACKS READS
Here’s a few Substacks I’ve enjoyed recently! Give them a read!
Can you believe it’s May? April flew by in a flash, and summer will be here before we know it. I’m trying to savor these mild days and also my routine which will be long gone once school ends. Have a wonderful week!
All the best, Ashley
